About

We are followers of Jesus…

That statement sums up everything we believe and stand for.

Because of the many different religions in existence around the world, each having their own forms of worship and practice, it can be confusing.

Muslims for example express themselves in several ways, with Sunni Islam; Shia Islam and Quarinist Islam believers.

Christians also differ in many ways, with a wide range of denominations, each group expressing themselves differently.

Such differences can lead to misinformation, extremes, excesses and abuse.

For such reasons, we now prefer to call ourselves believers or followers of Jesus and His teachings.

It was not until Paul arived in Antioch in Acts chapter eleven when people were first called Christians. There were no “churches” as we understand it—the people were the church, usually adopting the name of that particular city or region or home in which people met.

For convenience sake and to meet credibility and legal requirements, we are ordained ministers of the gospel and are members of a ministry alliance of like minded ministers around the world who prefer to remain non-denominational.

Our actual core values are therefore quite simple, summed up as follows.

  • We are Christ centered. Jesus is our foundation and cornerstone. We build our faith on Him and do our best to follow His example in personal life and in ministry.
  • We are biblically based, believing that scriptures (in the original language) are divinely inspired.
  • We make extensive use of the original langauges and prefer them over modern versions.
  • We are Holy Spirit empowered, motivated, equipped and guided.
  • We enjoy a personal intimate relationship with God and encourage others to do likewise.
  • We seek ways to help all believers to find their position in the body of Christ and be fully equipped in all areas.

Robert has been walking with the Lord since 1968 and has a proven track record in various ministry capacities around the world ever since. Our ministry style has changed from being pastors of a church to enable us to minister in any capacity, in any denomination or group in the role the Lord has given us. Our aim is to help God’s people to be ready for the Lord’s promised return.

This was the role of  John the baptist, who came to God’s people—not necessarily to anyone else. He prepared the way for the Lord’s first appearing. It is quite possible that others will have a similar function today to help facilitate His return. This is possibly our primary function.

Our ministry style today is a blend of the prophetic and teaching. To this end we now provide regular presentations on awide range of topics by free email subscription and downloadable PDF files.

Beliefs
  • We believe in one eternal God who is creator of all things, existing in three persons; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit
  • We believe that His character and nature is totally pure and holy, loving and kind
  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, came in the form of man; born of a virgin and lived amongst men revealing the will and nature of God by his acts and deeds. Jesus lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place and rose again after three days
  • We believe that Jesus ascended into Heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and as true God and true man, he is our Great High Priest and the only means of access to God
  • We believe in the imminent physical return of Jesus
  • We believe in Heaven and Hell, eternal life, the resurrection of the dead and the eternal destiny of all mankind
  • We believe in personal salvation to those who believe in Jesus his ministry, his broken body and shed blood
  • We believe the Bible in its entirety as the inspired Word of God and its code of conduct as our way of life. It is informative, educational, real-to-life and that it is the ultimate authority, revealing his character, nature and will in every respect
  • We believe in divine healing through faith in the name of Jesus and that healing is an inherent part of the redemptive work of Jesus
  • We believe that both sickness and poverty are a result of the curse and as we have been redeemed from that curse, we are able to live in divine health and prosperity in accordance with God’s will for our lives
  • We believe in a sanctified life through the word of God, in personal holiness and purity of heart and mind
  • We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives and in his work in the church
  • We believe in water baptism by immersion as an external sign of spiritual wholeness
  • We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, as distinct from spiritual regeneration through the new birth, with initial evidence of speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance and the operation of the Gifts of the Spirit.
