The Constitution of the United States of America is unique in that the foundation is based on God and His Word. Despite every effort at removing this dependency, made famous by the phrase ”In God we trust” that constitution remains. Such a constitution provides for certain “rights and privileges” for the people including freedom to worship and to live comfortable lives in safety and security.

Those clauses in the American declaration of independence, good as they are and true as they may be, apply only to American citizens.

Our ministry reaches into 28 nations and each one has its own constitution.

They may all have similar ideals, but are not always the same. For example, I cannot claim the fifth amendment as seen here:

he Fifth Amendment (Amendment V) to the United States Constitution creates several constitutional rights, limiting governmental powers focusing on criminal procedures.

It was ratified, along with nine other amendments, in 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights

The Supreme Court has extended most, but not all, rights of the Fifth Amendment to the state and local levels. This means that neither the federal, state, nor local governments may deny people rights protected by the Fifth Amendment. The Court furthered most protections of this amendment through the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

A believer’s constitution is written in the bible and it applies to everyone. The words that come from God is our declaration of Independence. In this instance it is our legal right to expect health and healing and it is based on the shed blood and wounds that were inflicted on Jesus’ body at Calvary.

There are many statements of faith and belief and many faith confessions are great and wonderful, but I would like to share such things from a slightly different perspective.

If you wish, you can make use of this as your own personal prayer, or declaration of faith concerning healing for your body. The legal precedent has been established.

The Messiah redeemed us from the curse pronounced in the Torah by becoming cursed on our behalf; for the Tanakh says, “Everyone who hangs from a stake comes under a curse. Galatians 3:13

There is more to it than that of course, but suffice it to say that the curse as a result of sin, with its results has been dealt with or done away by Jesus to those who are His.

This is the foundation for our declaration. On that basis we can say things like:

I forbid any sickness or disease to come upon my body, every disease, and every virus that touches my body dies.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I command every organ and every tissue in my body to function with perfection and I forbid any malfunction in my body in my muscles, bones and joints. They will not respond to any disease or injury. They are strong and perfect in the name of Jesus Christ.

My bone marrow is filled with health and vitality. My cartilage, ligaments and tendons will function properly. The carpels and tarsals that protect my wrists and ankles are functioning in perfect peace.

God’s promise for healing permeates every muscle, bone and joint in my body with His light and life.

My nervous system is healthy. My brain and my spinal cord is filled with the light of God’s glory.

Every cell and neuron will send signals that promote life and health in my body. All electrical and chemical frequencies will come into proper harmony and balance in the name of Jesus. My body is filled with the ease and the light of God’s glory and it will not be deceived by any virus or disease. Neither will it work against life or health in any way. Every cell of my body supports life and light.

My immune system will not allow tumors or growths to live in my body in the name of Jesus Christ.

My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. My digestive system is functioning properly as my stomach, intestines and bladder work to promote health inside of my body. My pancreas secretes the proper amount of insulin for life and light.

Jesus Christ bore my sickness and carried my pain, therefore, I give no place to sickness or disease.

God sent His word and I am healed. God’s healing power is flowing in my bloodstream. It flows to every cell and fiber in my body restoring and transforming my health. God’s Word has become flesh for He sent His Word and healed me.

My arteries will not shrink or become clog. My arteries are clean, elastic and function as God created them to function. My heartbeat is normal. I have a strong heart. Every heartbeat floods my body with life and cleanses me of disease and pain.  My heart beats with the rhythm of life and the rhythm of glory, carrying the life of God throughout my body, restoring life and health abundantly. I will be fruitful and multiply. The gifts of the spirit will flow through me as I walk in divine health in the light of God’s glory.

My immune system is growing stronger day by day. I speak life to my immune system. I forbid confusion in my immune system. The Holy Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead dwells in me and quickens my immune system with the light and wisdom of God that guards the life and health of my body.

The breath of God breathes life into me now. I breathe deeply and His presence fills my lungs and respiratory system with new life. I know that times of refreshing come in the light of God’s glory.

I am refreshed, renewed, and well able to do everything that He has called me to do.

This is my declaration of healing.
